Our spring session comes to a close on May 7, and I’m so proud of all our dancers for their progress this year. It’s been quite a challenging year but each and every dancer has continued to show up for class and work hard in the studio. I can’t wait to share our virtual performance with you!
I am excited to announce that our summer class registration will open on Saturday, May 8. The schedule is posted online here. Make sure to put this date in your calendar! In-person class spots are first come, first serve.
Summer session will run from July 5 – August 13. San Juan County is in Phase 3 of Washington’s reopening plan, which means that our classes are still limited to 50% capacity. If this guidance changes, we will adjust our class sizes accordingly.
The registration deadline is June 30. Up to this deadline, priority is given to dancers registering for the entire session.
Open Teen/Adult class (Monday/Wednesday 4:30-6:00pm): This is our traditional level 4 & 5 class, all dancers currently taking level 4 & 5 are eligible to register for this class. If you are interested in drop-in classes, you will need to wait until after the registration deadline to determine if there is space available for drop-ins.
Pointe: Dancers must be registered for three classes per week to take class on pointe. If you have questions about your dancer’s schedule and pointe eligibility, please contact me! I’m happy to help find the best classes to meet your dancer’s goals.
Summer Registration Terms & Conditions:
-In-person class capacity is limited due to COVID-19 safety protocols. Salish Sea Ballet is following guidance in the Healthy Washington reopening plan, which is subject to change.
-Registration is first come, first serve. Tuition is non-refundable as it reserves your spot in person. No credits will be given for missed classes.
-Drop-ins will be permitted for Open Teen/Adult classes if space is available after the registration deadline. Priority for in-person classes will be given to dancers who register for the entire session. Zoom links for drop-ins will be available if classes exceed capacity in person.
I have a limited number of private lesson slots available during the summer session. If you would like to schedule a private or small group lesson, contact me for details!
